A good dose of EQ would be 400-600mg per week...
Use the nolvadex only if you need it, 20mg per day should be enough, liquidex would be a better choice if you can afford it and I would use it at .5 mg per day or so for the whole cycle
50mg everday is a good dose on the winny
clen should be started low, say 3 tabs a day and build up to probably 8 a day max depending on how you can handle the sides
i think you should work out what you want to do and then adjust your stack accordingly!

Thanks but isn't that a lot of juice for only my 2nd cycle? Just wondering. I weigh 185 and my BF is quite low already. I gained 26lbs and went from 310 to 360 on my bench from my first cycle of just 3 weeks of D-bol at 25mg/day, 250mg sus/week. You still think I should do that amount?

Buy winny tabs and take 30mg per day...keep the dbol at say 30mg per day...Use the EQ at 400mg per week...Use the prop at 400- 600mg per week...
is the winni shots not better and I should get good ripping results from this right? What kind of gains can I expect?
Also will I be losing weight as I'm losing body fat or will I increase in weight due to quality muscle increase?
