HCG is mixed with sterile water so that is how it should look.

What do you mean "leaks out"? Where is it leaking from, the syringe? What type of vial is it?

hcg comes in powder form plus a dilutent of sterile water.it should not be premixed as it has a lifespan once reconstituted of approx 30 days if refridgerated.
if yours is premixed it is worthless as you do not know when it was mixed.

And if you are having some leaking through the stopper, it is no longer sterile and could be cause problems if you inject it.

MArk,
You were right on about the smaller needle...it was perfect, so for you guys that have the same problem dont use the puller to pull hcg ... learn something new everyday... thanks
