    winny tabs

    When is the best time to take them during the day. Should I split them up during the day or take them all at once. thanks

    split them up during the day. the half life of oral winny is 9 hours. as for the best time of day to take them would be the time that is more convient for you...

    Split your doses twice/day because of its short half-life. Once in the A.M. and once before retiring.

    if you can split them in 3- 8 hour doses that would be best.
