Preparing for the NPC comp. in September
I am 38yo male bodybuilder.
My stats is as follows.
Hight: 5'7"
Weight: 200lbs(off season), 180lbs(on season, about 6% bf)
Steroid history: 4 times in 2 years
I am going to compete a bodybuilding contest in Sep. this year.
Please give me any comments or advise regarding following cycle.
1-4wk Anadrol 50mg/d
1-16wk Test E 500mg/wk
1-12wk Deca 300mg/wk
1-16wk Tren acet. 75mg/d
13-16wk winny 50mg/d

i would run the winny two weeks after test e. i find it make me more dense and vascular.

As for the prop, use 100 mgs eod. Tren is too toxic for 16 weeks, stick to six weeks.

I responded well with 300 mgs of EQ, you can use 400 if you want.

anavar after week 4 through to competition

And sometimes I throw in some other compounds like masteron and primo but not this time.
You don't want to add anadrol because you will bloat up which kind of goes against the whole lose body fat mentality. 3 months out you should be looking to shed fat and don't plan on putting any more muscle on, that should have been done over the winter off season.
