    Just curious on what would be the safe'st choice??

    that depends a lot, if you have a good source in town with good prices then him.

    if you have a very legit online source, with very cheap prices, then he is the one (except risk of cutoms) comparded to some over priced shady guy in the gym.

    domestic is probably safer due to not having to deal with the risk of customs...but foreign prices will most likely blow domestic out of the water---which makes it very tempting..i guess you have to trust the foreign sources' packing practices
