clen/t3 from ARR

i bought the clen/t3 combo from ARR. how much do i take everyday of each? please help i do not know

Be sure to read the clen profile,only a few forums
down from this one. The T3 should be taken with
test, because it will eat muscle as well.
Know what your getting into. U havent had many
views because this has been covered pretty throughly
the past few months here. If your still stuck, I'll try
to help If I can.
