    How many MG of Var in 1 teaspoon?

    all depends bro........not all var powder is made the same........even from the same source.......batches can be different each time......

    I just need like an estimate..a guess..i'm sure the difference between powders wouldnt been big.

    well it could be and exactly how you measure that teaspoon is different and not always the same.... get a scale bro.. its your best chance!
