Hello there. This is my first post here and I am quite sure that you gurus out there will undoubtedly help me out. I am new to the steroids world and wherever I ask I get different replies all the time so I am refering directly to the pros.

I am taking 200mg deca and 250mg sustanon per week for 6 weeks. I do not want to exagerate for the first time. What should I take for PCT ? Your opinions and suggested are very much appreciated.

6 weeks is way to short for deca and sust.
do a search on pct with the search button.
sust needs to be shot eod.
stick with test only for the first time.

You could run test cyp or test enan at 400-500mg per wk for 12 weeks on its own without the deca. Research on your pct mate its important for various reasons. Welcome to AR mate.

i ran sus250 1ml/week for 12 weeks in my first cycle, actually was too disappointed. depends on u really, but yes, 6 weeks is way to short.

if plan on runnin the deca i would suggest you run it for 12 weeks at a low dose of 200mg ew. keep the test always higher then the deca so 300mg minimum.
run the test 2-3 weeks past the deca as this makes pct a bit easyer.
remember that sust needs to be shot eod.
