Test Flu? I KNOW I Have SOMETHING. Help!

Just to let u know i have a little bit of sniffles & also very fatigued. it has been 3 days after my shot of test cyp. & today is my leg workout day. my question is: i dont have any energy, so should i wait til tommorrow & do legs & just carry on my schedule to saturday or do just as much as i can w/ today. i feel that if i workout today i wont be pushing myself as hard & i dont want to set myself back to do more damage. what do u guys think i should do. :shrug:

i say train. also, i would get on some b12, always works wonders for me when im feeling fatigue. personally, i take 1ml eod.

B-12 shots or pills. i take a high dosed multi, but just wondering if this is part of the test flu.

i still need some feed bach guys, please more opinions

I would try the workout, I think you will feel better afterwards. What is your water intake like?

water helps with everything, but your drinkin enough.
im goin on my third shot of test cyp today, i did 2 200mg shots last week, and ill be doing a 200mg shot every wednesday and sunday, i feel fine, a litte extra tired maybe, but im takin dbols to make up for that. athough my last inj. site is stil pretty soar. take antioxidants tho if u feel the test flu comin on.

It doesn't matter how high dosed your multi is the bioavailability of b12 is much higher in an intramuscular or sub q injectable.

now the question is, where do i get injectable b-12, or i shouldn't ask this. i need to.

just have to push threw it mann, i went threw the same thing last week im on test p and tren i pushed thru the flu and lazziness and now im busting out crazy gains. good luck bro

what worked for u? does a sublingual b-12 compare to injectables. i need to know where i can get injectable b-12. i will try to push through this guys
