    Shoulder Injections...Where Am I Injecting???

    Sup fellas, which one of these pictures best shows where it is exactly that the delt injections should be???

    Is it more towards the front? Like the first pictures shows? Or more of a like in the middle? And if so, how on earth could I possible reach that far to aspirate ??? It's virtually impossible (i'm quite heavy (FAT))!!!

    I guess i'm stuck with the old quad injections

    After examining that pic dude, I don't there is any way in hell I could inject into my shoulder myself!!!

    I would def. need someone to do it for me, so I guess overall quads is still number one!

    You can inject into your shoulder by yourself....

    Dude, my bad, I had no idea you had updated your website, I haven't been there in a while, now it is a lot more clear!

    By the way, are you doing that second bicep injection while your arm is flexed? Doesn't that hurt?

    That was someone else, and he sent me that series. He doesn't really have it flexed, but has his arm pulled back. I asked him about it and that is how he normally shoots his bi's.

    I too was a bit nervous the first time I hit delts and so was everybody else here bro!
    After I did it once or twice it is actually my favorite spot. If ya hit it right its a breeze.
