which way is best to take winny?

I know like d-bol its better to take it throughout the day instead of all at once(to keep d-bol blood levels stable )is this the same way to take winny I'll be taking ttokkyo10mg tabs.is there a benifit in taking them throughout the dat or all at once?

when taken through out the day every 4 hours or so,theres always a constant amount of wnnie in you blood stream .it never drops .

Tell us what your cycle is bro. And yes you can split it up into 2 doses since Winny has a half life=12hrs
