I didnt have any perticular diett.
I did 3 cyckels:
the firsth one i did 200mg for 14 days, lost 10 kgs
The second i did 8days 200mg and 4 days 400mg, lost about 7 kgs
The Third i did 2 days 200mg and 12 days 400mg , lost 3 kgs but now up 1 again...
In my 3th cyckle i had stored the capsuels in the frigde and i belive they were ruined by moisture or the temperature...i,m not sure.
I,ve ordered a 15 400 mg capsules and sibutramine from Viking labs . This time i will keep them in my room, not taking any chances!!!!
My stats are:
168 cm
72 kg,s

Well my diett is quite clean to start with since i,m diabetic. Mostly tuna, eggwhites, white meat, brown bread and fruits.
What would ya guess my bf% was in the second picture?

I wish I could give that stuff to my girl. She put on a few lbs from some medication she was on. Anyway, thats pretty amazing, Ive heard alot about it but I have never seen b & a pics like that. How was your BP throughout the whole deal. And why do you want to do it again, you look fine, you dont have anything else to lose just start building your muscle and that left over fast will disapear.

I won't touch DNP . Deadly stuff. Nevertheless, good piece of work. I would say you went from 20% to right at 10%. Here's hoping you can keep it off.

my goals may be somewhat different from yours. muscle for me is not such an issiue.. been a little chubby al my life and all i want is to become ripped.
btw i,m expecting 15 400 caps by wensday. This time i,ll take it whit sibutramine and hopefully i,ll get that number down to 6-7
I wont touch ephdrine t3 or any of the other things that will mess even more with my thyrid so there is not much rebound effect. only problem i,ve had is that i,m a litle hungry the weeks afterwards but nothing like the cravings you get from ephedrine/eca ect. Hopefully the sibutramine will get me through the worst. I,ll start a thread as soon as i start were i,ll give updates on how it goes aiight.

I went from 19% BF to 10.5%BF in 3 weeks with just a perfect diet and lots of cardio(and a little M1T ). You do look good though. I wouldn't get near the DNP and don't think people actually need it if they work hard! Too many risks involved

No actually. I didnt notice anything hehe. I became a litle warmer than usual and couldnt take long hot showers but nothing as bad as they say some get.

Great job bro. Truely inspirational since im currently at where u started off, chubby with about 17%BF. Sucks ass. Cant goto the beach, cant go swimming. Sucks sucks sucks. Im trying to lose it now but its a slow process....SlooOoooow. Im thinking about sibutramine, searching for some answers on this board. Let me know how you did it. Was it just straight up cardio and that DNP stuff? I must say once again, u look great bro. Keep it up.

jesus christ bro, sick ****ing results lol, i did a cycle of dnp but i only lost a few pounds of bf, how did u get such good results, im thinking of running another cycle, tell me how u think i should run it. my results were so so, im pretty sure my diet was as clean as they come, but i didnt do much cardio, what do u think i should do, anyone? right now im about 13% bf or like 12% but anyone got n e ideas? and what do you guys think of running clen while on dnp, iv heard some good stuff...

DerDon my experience with sibutramine is it dossent help that much when you diet hard combined with the cravings dnp gives you. The first cyckle i was freaked out and was to scared of side effects to eat that much, the second cyckle my gf had just dumped me so there went the appetite, even though at the end i seemed to loose it some nights and go bezerk. the third cyckle i had to push myself but i cracked mostly at the end. But mostly my experience says eat protein and fructose, the last cyckle ended last week, i lost 4kg on 200mg for 14 days. i aet just tuna, eggwhites and fruits. i didnt do much cardio at all as well.
the things is when u get the bf donw to the 10% area dnp stops working it's magic. Thats when i have to start the hardcore 80%p , 15% c, 5% f diett and hit cardio before bed and 20 min pre breakfeast cardio then ext dayto get noticable results but i wouldnt say u would have to do as me...
pracer I aint no expert but would belive clen combined with dnp is not such a good idea..u could either try eca/ecy...
again no one is the same, try out slow and learn how your body reacts and as you lrean more you can take more risks and find out were the limit is
