Anavar dosages and time?

I have tons of anavar I dont know if i should take it at 50mg ed or if i should go higher for better results, i certianly have enough to go higher to even 70mg a day but i dont know if that is a waste? Also i know the laf life of it is 9 hours or something but how should i take it spread out during the day for the best results?

I would spread it out through the day. How much do u weigh, height, etc?

im taking 40mg ED for 10 weeks...i wish i had enough to run 80...i take 15mg am, 15mg mid day, 10mg around 6pm...easiest spacing for me

At your weight no need the pumps might be alittle to strong. And I split it up like this/ dose in morn after breakfist/dose after lunch/dose after dinner. Because var as a med length half-life.

tdawg, how is 40mg a day working out for you? Whats your height and weight?

Take it 3 times a day every 8 hours. I would suggest 25mg every 8 hours.
