Bike Ride to Gym - 3 Miles, too much?

It looks like Im getting my license taken away for about 3 months, and I just started a deca/sust cycle - so I need a way to/from the gym and it looks like Im going to have to use my bike.

Its like 3 miles there and 3 miles back. Is that okay for a bulking up cycle where Im trying load up on unused calories?

Should I try to buy a moped or something instead or does it matteR? Maybe the warm up/cool down from the work out would be good?

    What do you think? ThX

    uphill? or flat?

depends on how much your heart rate rises and for how long I'd say... maybe take it easy, dont peddle your ass off?

    Three miles, that's all?

Better not do it, you might get to big.

    Ya, 3 miles - thats it =)

Not sure if I should, 3 miles to/back is a lot of calories. None the less - 3 miles back after a intense work out is gunna shred me apart.

I would say it is to much if you are bulking , If you are like me ,cardio seem's to kill mass , so when I am trying to add bulk I dont do any cardio , unless bf get's high.

3 miles on a bike? That shouldn't affect bulking too much. Unless you are going up & down a lot of hills I doubt you are bunring off more than 100 calories each way.

I always bike to the gym--about the same distance.

Avoid it if you can but if you have to I would think that if you eat something with a lot of calories before you leave home and then again when you leave the gym would help.
