Guys I have been working out for about 4 years now and am in pretty good shape. Problem is I used to be overweight a year ago 5'9", 30% body fat, 212lbs. Went on diet, cardio and am now 17% body fat and 178lbs. The problem is I want to get down to about 10% body fat and cant seem to do it. What can I take to help me reach my goal??? I heard Winny would do this but is there any thing cheaper that would do the same without the water gain? Please advise...
