im going to go on a keto diet diet for 12 weeks, during those twelve weeks i will be supplementing t-3 at a dose of 6mg-12.5 mg to keep my thyroid awake. i dont think i will have to taper down to nothing but may do evey other day for two weeks after diet is done. then when those fourteen weeks are over hit a light cycle of liquidex/deca or eq/ test along with a zone type diet for increasing lbm without going over board gaining bodyfat.
