    test question

    Monday will be my 4th week of test cyp. at 500mg a week when will I start to see big gains. So far I have gained about 6 lbs and my strength is up a little but have not see any gains really in mass.

    bro it usually takes me 5-6 wk to fell it and around 8wk to notice differences. how is your diet,sleeping,and training?

    test cyp is a long ester so b patient & also take a look on ur diet , trainig program

    between week 4-6 you'll feel it and when i say you'll feel it ,

    Bro i know what you mean i am about to start week 5 and i havent gained any weigth and i am on deca to, maybe like 6 pounds or so, i think i am goign to bump up to 750mg of test cyp and 400mg of deca, but my diet is great i work at max musckle i just eat protein shqakes every hour on the hour. I hoep i start to see gains to!

    double check ur diet and training-if they're good then just wait cause ur doing everything right, when it kicks in u'll know and the gains will come.

    Your almost to the growth time. Keep eatin and training like a horse.

    Its still to early to hit the panic button. You should feel it kick in in the next week or two. If nothing happens by week 6 or 7, you may have bunk gear. You'll have no problem knowing when it kicks in if your gear is good.

    Nope I do not I wish I did so I could ck this stuff out. Have you seen good gains from it?
