sweating and nausious after injecting self

I just injected myself today with prop. 0.5ml. i started sweating and feeling like I was going to throw up after. this feeling went away after about 2-3 minutes. I think it was cause I was so scared to inject myself. Are there any tips for injecting yourself, or is there a machine that will do it for me?

was it your first injection? the first few times i injected myself i was nervous and i would get all shaky and sweaty. make sure you breathe. take a deep breath and relax before doing it.

Aspirate means to pull back the plunger to make sure you haven't hit a vein.

i know what I am injecting and this is my third cycle!!! I just never had to inject myself before! Don't assume I a moron! If you don't like this thread then don't look at it again.

bro it is moronic not to find out how to do something before you do it plain and simple
here's my advice to ya
once the needle is in pull back on plunger to make sure that youre not in a vein (aspirate )
you should get no blood into the syringe
then inject slowly it should take ya about 60-90sec for 1cc

I still get nervous once in a great while and I feel what you felt, after a couple times you'll be fine. Just remember to breath and you'll be okay.

Sounds to me like you were about to just pass out bro... maybe you were on an empty stomach... dizzy, light headed, blurred vision... first signs of nearly passing out. Perfectly understandable ...Just a couple weeks ago I pushed 750 mg of T E and I hadn't eaten anything in nealry three hours, I was standing and started feeling real funky... sweating, hot, blurred vision, nauseous, etc...IMO, I think you need to have a little food in your belly sometimes... I just sat down for a few minutes with a cold rag on my head and all was good in about 15 minutes.

and I definitley agree with cuttup, you can die from that stuff man... be careful...

sounds like you had alot of anxiety! you need to relax, go slowly and use the site injections that was previosly stated for real good info. if this is your third cycle you should know what it feels like to get an injection and also, you would def. know if you hit a vien immediately. be careful and def. use this forum for research as well. good luck

any1 no of a good injection site 4the glutes other than spotinjections cuz frm wat i have heard is that the picture on there is to low or somethin, but it aint right so if u no of somewhere that shows the right spot 4the glutes would u let me no the site thanks
