    glute injections vs spot injections

I am starting to do spot injections currently in my delt... I am just wondering if i shot it directly in the muscle if it would have more of an effect on it then just doing glute shots. If so how many shots would it take directly in the muscle to actual make a difference rather then the glute? I am assumed it would but a gym buddy told me 30% were you shoot it stays... which I think is false

I think spot injections only relly help with HGH and IGF...and I don't think that has even been proven...but don't quote me on that..

It keeps you from building up scar tissue and over saturating a spot with oil!

no, the reason people change up injection spots is to avoid scar tissue build up.
