    Caffeine/energy booster benefits/disadvantages for lifting

Im on prop by the way, not that it should matter for this question...

The energy boost that energy pills give me, the ones that have caffeine, guarana, etc, is pretty noticeable. Helps with workouts.

But as with caffeine, is that benefit worth the fact that it constricts blood vessels? (opposite of what something like NO2 does) Or is that not that important....

i avoid taking energy boosters before a workout, because as you're aware it puts extra strain on your heart and i personally dont think thats a good thing especially when your about to train

I don't like them. ECA, caffeine, whatever. Makes me feel weak and shaky when I train after using any of that stuff.
