    Question source posting question

    Hello guys,
I know we cannot post sources here at AR and I think it should stay that way for safety reasons but some other forums let member post sources like crazy.

If a certain well know forum has a very highly recommended source, how safe is it?
I mean, if almost every guy is openly saying they buy from him and how good he is, how safe is it?

    Just curious.

    Cool A few hints...

It is never guaranteed to be safe.

With regard to A.R., keep in mind that while you will not see source posts here, there is a Scammer's List forum. The absence of someone's name on that forum is not a guarantee that the person is not a scammer, but it is an additional tool to use in conjunction with other things you read about someone.

That said, any transaction with any source is a crap shoot, especially if that source has an e-mail address at Hotmail, Yahoo, or even an encrypted service. Steroid sources are a strange lot because, unlike recreatuional drug dealers (who operate under the same laws to a large degree), they advertise - sometimes openly, sometimes brazenly. Moreover, since so many AS sources are not even in the United States, you are sometimes talking about situations in which you are breaking the law but they are not.

In other words, and for a number of reasons, you are one of the easiest targets around when you yuse an underground source, regardless of the country from which they are operating.

Now, when it comes to the other boards, some of which allow blatant source posting and even advertising in the form of posts, keep in mind that - as with any consumer product - if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. When a hypothetical John Doe posts a message saying that a hypothetical John Smith is the greatest source in the world - great gear, great prices, fast delivery, ad infinitum, ad nauseam - who is to say that John Doe is not John Smith himself?

AS use is often like masturbation - a lot of guys do it, but no one talks about it. And unless you personally know others (say, from your gym) who are juicing, it's quite likely that all of your contact with other juicers is on an AS board. As you read glowing endorsements of a source on another board, you have no way of knowing whether they are legitimate endorsements. All you can know is that anyone can post on an open board, which means that you have no guarantees. (Nor, incidentally, do you have any guarantees that the so-called source with whom you are communicating over the Internet is not a federal, state, or local drug agent.)

So that's it - no guarantees. But that's the nature of using AS in teh first place. There's a risk of being busted and, far more common, a risk of being ripped off. It's caveat emptor all the way - buyer beawre.

P.S. Just because a "certain well-known forum" has posts recommending a source means nothing. Because a forum is well known does not guarantee the integrity of its source posts. Again, this does mean that they're good or bad - just that it's a much a crap shoot as any other resource.
