cycle Comments and fine tuning ANAVAR with ?????

This will be my first cycle (besides the several clen/t3 ive done)

ANAVAR week 3-10 40mg ED 10mg at 7 10mg at 12 and 20mg at 17:00

First question considering the 9hr life of var is this dosing correct?

I want to run a TEST with this: would a long etser be better for this?
would enenthate be choice or cyp? or maybe sust?
if so....
Testoviron Depot 1-10 750mgper week ---250mg e3d?

PCT
clomid 50mg ed for 2 weeks starting 3 days after last shot?
*** when exacty should this begin --obviously different with different ester chained tests...if anyone suggests antother type of test please suggest time to start clomid.

ALSO is nolva needed during ?

Suppliments
Flaxseed oil 1000mg ed
Vitamin b12 500mcg ed
vitamin b6 100mg ed
thistle milk 200mg @80% ed
Vitamin c 1000mg ed
what else?
can I add Ttribulus terrestris?????

bro you need to do a search for a first cycle.

if you would like to run test you should run 500mg for 12 weeks. if you wont to run sume var with it do 4-14 at 50mg day. all you need to do is split the dose to am and pm

How do you plan on doing test 750 mg a week, if you are going to shoot every 3 days?

my bad.... I meant 250ml every 3 days and it works out to 580 per WEEK. (750 in 9 days) I will correct that...

Never taken test with a pre contest clen/t3...was never brought up that I needed to. ???

I HAVE the ANAVAR with me, thought I would do the VAR only cycle but several posts and reading has moved me to include TEST....
I am now searching for specifics on what to use, during, PCT, and time span.

I really appreciate all the responses.

I would run test only for a first cycle. 400-500mg a week. I would run enath or cyp. No prop b/c of ED injections. Not a big fan of sust or other multi-estered test. Go to the PCT forum and read all the stickies. They have all the answers you need about when to start PCT and how long to run it for.

I am running a similar first cycle. I did 6 weeks of Test C for 6 weeks and then I introduced Tren and will later introduce Var. This sounds like a lot for a first cycle, but I have had great results from this cycle thus far and wanted to up it a bit.

I certainly do not see any reason to hold back on the VAR. Unless you definately want to see how you react to the Test. Definately, hold off on the Var until you get going on the Test.
