If you currently have no insurance, and would like to get insurance coverage for hrt or at least get good discount, what is the right way to do so?

Are there decent medical discount plans or prescription only plans out there that will cover a good portion of the cost or at least provide a decent discount? If not, has anyone on here gotten insurance specifically for this purpose? How long did you have to wait? What was level of coverage? Did you need to use doctor in their plan? How difficult was the process?
