My buddy I was workin out with before christmas put on 25 lbs of muscle in 2 1/2 months taking a supplement called 4-AD and some NOX with it. It was banned in january and now we can't buy it but do any of you know anything about it?

4-AD(4-Androstenediol) NOT 4-AndrostenDIONE, is a class 1 Androgen that Converts to Testosterone at a rate of about 70%. Was one of the better prohormones, but still CRAP compared to AAS.
