how do you guys aspirate when injecting into ur delts? I have trouble keeping it steady and the needle always moves around when i try to. any suggestions?

yeah pull back on the plunger
put ur thumb and ring finger on the tabs at the top and use ur index/middle finger to pull back on plunger

Always aspirate! Techique will come with experience...just like sex

i would never ever inject w/o aspirating... trust me you do 90injects and never pull blood and your like fine wat ever.. then the next day you aspirate and lo'n'behold u pull blood! (count your lucky stars)
