I am just about finished a 16week cycle and will start the clomid in week 17 and me and my body need a week off from the gym. My question is, when is the best time to take that week, should I take it when I start my clomid or just before or just after? My concern is that I want my natural test levels back up asap so would stopping for a week while trying to bring the test back up be the best time?
