    ECA is a stack of ephedrene, caffine and asprin. its a fat burner but I dont like "speedy" stuff so I wont take it. had bad times with stacker2

    like khan says ephedrine caffine asprin... i like it get a good sweat and more energy..best one ive tried is Dymetadrine Xtreme.

    ive tried dymetadrine and didnt get much out of it hydroxycut worked much better for me so i dont know im gonna try some other to find what i like
