I've shot shoulder and it is only sore for a day sometimes into the second, but I dont know about the leg.
for me i don't shoot in my leg because it ****ing kill's me. But i know a lot of poeple who have no problem and prefer leg shot's. Just try it and see how it go's

i love shooting in the leg, never done it in the shoulder
For me Delt is much better than Quad.

shoulder hurts me more
i love doing quad shots. very easy for me to do. i tried a shoulder once and it was a nightmare. the bruise i got was so horrible. never again.
i like delts the best
ive done bicep shoulder and ass, bicep was pretttty sore but no where near as bad as my shoulder, shoulder felt like i was doing shoulder press all day for a week, my ass is wonderful :7up:
The first quad inject is a killer. Now I don't mind either. I rotate as much as possible. But my favorite is the delts.

I do upper and lower quads and both delts. Pain varies but seems about the same across the board to me. I find that working the muscle shortly after injection reduces the pain dramatically.

I've been admistrating allergy shots in the thigh since I was 13...so needless to say that I never had a problem injecting myself in the leg. Never tried the Delt...don't plan on it either
Quads are easy and you can shoot a few places in each one
I've shot shoulder, bicep, ass, and quad. I like shoulders the best because I'm pro at it now, and quads second. Bicep's are the worst fvken pain!!!!!...A$$ is just to easy, i like to make shots intresting....

I love quads, but for some reason, my left left gets honked up about 30% of the time and I end up limping around like a pirate for a few days.
i love the quad shots....ahh yes everyone has a little captain in em.....limping like a pirate :lol:

I shoot the quads and i have absolutely no pain at all. I did the quad my 1st cycle and i couldnt walk for days. i think it boils down to placement and injection time. I go up high and towards the outside and i shoot 1.5cc's in about 2 minutes holding the needle steady as can be. There is not one bit of pain and 3 days later i have to read my journal to know which leg i shot cause i cant remember. seriously try to shoot very very soow and massage after. I will bet you wont have any pain. this is with tren, eq, and test. i have put all 3 in my quad and no pain!!!
