i about to start a cycle of deca at 400/ week and winstrol on week five of my 10 week cycle. i will be drinking winny at 50 mg/ day. but my question is while i start w deca, i will be keeping a high protein intake at 300-400 per day, but low carbs at about 100-300per day than at week 5 when i start winny iwill keep the protein the same but drop the carbs to about 100 per day and do cardio about 5x/ week for 30 minutes. i huge i want to cut bf to about 10-13, i am about 20%. been lifting for years. is it wise to have such a low carb intake while on the deca phase or do i need to go higher or can i go lower w/ out hurting the full power of deca. i want to lose bf but maintain size hopefully. advice. i have about 40 amps of winnny at 100 mg and i will be using half per day for every day!
