When you guys do a cycle is there any particular training method you perfer, like 10 week size surge, or low reps but many body parts per workout, only one to two bodyparts but, lots of sets?

its all personal preference man..if doing a cutting cycle i would do high reps less weight, if i was bulking i would do heavy weight less reps..but thats just my opinion
