    Question Old Newbie needs Critque

    Hello Bros,

    I am 36 and have been lifting religously for 19 years. I am 6ft, 220lbs and have about 15% BF. My goal is to add some solid muscle mass and then eventually "cut".

    Workout:
    Day 1 - Chest / Tri's (Cardio - 25minutes)
    Day 2 - Biceps (Cardio - 25 minutes)
    Day 3 - Abs, Full court Basketball for approx 1.5 hours
    Day 4 - Shoulders / Traps (Cardio - 25 minutes)
    Day 5 - Back (Cardio)
    Day 6 - Legs (Cardio)
    Day 7 - Off

    Diet (Summary)
    6-7 meals (High Protein for Pos Nitrogen Balance)
    Post workout Meal (high Carbs)
    Every third Day, High carb intake (carb load)

    Cycle info: (2nd ever, 1st cycle consisted of Win, T3, & Clen for 8 weeks last summer. Had good results in conjunction w/ diet)

    Current Cycle:
    Week 1-10 Test CYP 400mg weekly (1st time running test)
    Week 1-4 D-bol 30mg, Nolvadex on hand if needed
    Week 11-13 Nolva, Clomid, and Clen
    Off for 12 weeks

    Supplements:
    Milk Thistle
    Saw Pamento
    Creatine
    Multi-vit
    Whey Protein

    Will put some pre cycle pics up ASAP.

    Cycle looks decent...What week of your cycle are you on?

    cycle looks good, except start your pct at 12 weeks and run till week 15. you need 2 weeks for the cyp to clear. you may want to get some hawthorne berry if your BP goes up. test makes my BP go high. cycle's about the same as my first except i used enan instead of cyp. if you've never done dbol , it's good you're starting low. i ran 30mg for 4 weeks and the entire 4th week, my back killed me. great strength gains though. you might want to get an AI to keep the water off since both dbol and cyp will bloat you pretty good. i've tried letro and adex and i prefer letro better.

    Start the PCT week 12 not 11, 14 days after last Test administation.

    Correct PCT should consist of:

    wk 1-2 Clomid 100mg/ED
    wk 2-4 Clomid 50mg/ED
    wk 1-4 Nolva 20mg/ED
    wk 1-4 Creatine 5g/ED
    wk 1-4 Tribulas 4g/ED
    wk 1-4 L-Glutamine 10mg/ED

    MultiVitimins and 1000mg/ED Vit C should also be included with Omega-3's and a Zinc and Magnesium supplement.

    Week 2. Put on about 8 pounds (some water) but strength has gone through the roof (already). Can definately notice the ole shirt feeling snug around chest and arms.

    Thanks bros for the PCT info. I will wait a couple of weeks to run (after last test shot). This is my 1st experience with D-bol, so I wanted to start low and see what would happen. So far so good. Appreciate all the input!!!

    Good call,I missed that. Yes, make sure your PCT starts 2 weeks after last test injection...THough CYP and Enan are almost identical, lately for some reason, I've responded better to cyp better
