sustonon question??

my freind as just bought a load of sustonon 250 for his first cycle...
i told him it has to be taken eod but he said he was told he could get good gains takeing it at just 250mg 2 times a week..
is he right???

sure he will get gains but to keep blood levels stable and keep sides to a minimum he needs to shoot it eod.

Gains will be made taking it 2x per week. But, he may experience more sides this way as his blood levels will not be that stable. EOD is best for Sus, even ED shots work.

This is due to the Prop ester in Sus which has a very short half life.

Sides may include, more acne and may make it more difficult to recover from during PCT.
