primo at 200mg will not do anything at all. you need min 500mg
var should be run 1-10
Oh so your saying 500mg would be the min for primo.. But i here alot of people saying they got decent gains with 200-300mg of primo

Run the Primobolan (Enanth or Acet??) for 10 weeks at 400-500mgs. Run teh anavar at 40mgs ED throughout.

What made you decide on the Primo?
I looked at it for a while when deciding what to stack with the Test Enth i'm going to be cycling soon.
I was looking at Primo and Deca
I've decided to go for the Deca
My priority at this stage is mass
Just interested to hear your views and what made you go for the Primo
The main reason why i go with primo is that its not much of a detction time.. It should leave the system in 5-6 weeks. And it wont give you any water weight retention which wont benifit me at all. I just wanna stay lean and ripped, not big and bulky with high bf
you would be better off with test prop and some l-dex.

Since primo is $$$ save your money and go with tbol for 4-6 wks over the var. Just what I would do. I'm about to do a cycle sinalier to this..not to gain mass but just lean lbs and drop BF%

This is a common mistake bro...way too much lifting and not enough rest. Rest is as important as working out, or you won't see much gain. After you tear up fiber in a good workout, if you tear it again before recovery, you will see little to no results. You should work out no more than 4 days a week and lift no more than 50-60 minutes, otherwise cortizal build up starts undoing what you are trying to do.Originally Posted by 100m champ
