Weeks 1-4 –Turnabol (50mg ed)


Weeks 1-10 - Test E @ 250mg every fri and tuesday day
- Nolva 10mg ed

Weeks 10-12 (after last jab) – Nolva @ 20mg ed
(This is what I am unsure about…do I run it at 10mg, 20mg or not at all)

PCT - 14 days after last shot


Week 1 – 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
Week 2 - 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
Week 3 - 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

Days 1-14 – Clen


My main query is after the last jab regarding running the nolva….run it at 20mg, 10mg or not at all??????

What u think? Everything ok? Any suggestions?

I will also be running Milk thistle and ALA throughout cycle.

run the nolva at 20mg ed, everything else looks good, is this ur first cycle.

I would continue to run it at 10mg/day no need to increase it, other than that you are good to go.....happy training.

Ya i would say keep it at 10mg a day.. Your cycle looks good.. Since its your first cycle

Yep 10mg/day should prevent gyno and help with any bloat.

thanks guys! I still have mixed opinions from people about running nolva throughout the cycle!! so whats the deal...run it at 10mg throughout or not at all and have on hand just in case??????? need this question resolved please...its my 1st cycle

make sure you run the nolva throughout your pct!not just the 2 weeks between,you need to run it throughout!

you can just have it on hand if you like through your actual corse but you must take the nolva throughout your pct!

Run it 10mg/ED, better safe than sorry.
