    need sum anti est help

    I am currently doing a cycle I can not get a hold of any anti estrogen is there a supplement that i could do to help keep gains and lesson the chances of gyno i have low test levels sum times any way

    dont ever start without everything only thing i could tell you is maybe some glutamine for maintaining your gains and try chrysin though IMO it sux..but u really need clomid and nolva

    there are OTC anti-estrogens such as the stuff from Molecular Nutrition (i can't think of what its called.... can't tell you if it works or not though)... chrysin is crap, do not use chrysin. I would do my darndest to get some real stuff.....

    You could use your search engin to find some nolva. You may pay allitle more but you'll be safe.
