hi guys... i am planning to do a 10 weeks cycle

test e for 10 weeks 500mg/week
d-bol for 5 weeks 40mg/day
deca for 10 weeks 400mg/week

pct: clomid and nolva

my question is that: should i take nolva during my cycle to prevent gyno? or should i take proviron? or should i wait till signs of gyno appear then i take?

is taking proviron or nolva counter productive to my gains?

Nolva does seem to decrease mt strength a little when taking it. if you take it throughout do a low dose like 10-20mg ed

run the test 1 week longer or bet yet 2 run the test 12 week's. i would run nolva than proviron just for the price. also nolva is good shit and it will hinder gain's but it will just be water weight that you lose.

i agree on running the test 2 weeks longer then the deca,this makes pct a bit easyer.
