Frequency
(English is not my first language)
Hi. Ever since I started lifting I did splits. I did each muscle group twice a week. Now I am forced (because of work etc.) to only hit each muscle group ones a week. What would you say out of experience will be the results (the norm I mean)? Will it be as effective? (ones in comparison with twice and I mean the norm. I know it differs from person to person)

you know we have a workout forum, right? I don't see anything about steroids in your question...
And you need to switch up your routines once in a while, it'll be a good thing.

i hit my muscles hard once a week
calves twice
abs x5
and have great results

i do every muscle group once a week and i follow the max ot training program im doing realy good with it but i might switch up to something new soon
