Hey, everyone I have been on this website for a long time now doing some serious reading. I have a question, about Clen that I cannot find the answer to anywhere. I read somewhere that When taking clen the only dosage you need is enough to make your temperature rise and nothing more. They also said that anything more than that dosage is just a waste and you will not get any extra beneifts from clen than the dosage that makes your temp rise.

my temp never increases but i do sweat alot. i take up to 160mcg a day
that's actually true, because the effective part of clen is the temp. raising, that's how it burns fats, and once you notice that your temp. is back to normal that's when you get off (usaully about 3-4 weeks) cause it's not effective nomore.

Hell, I took my first dose today at 40 mcg and am sweating my ass off. I wuill try a little more tomorrow and see the shakes were not bad at all today. Ill see how tomorrow goes if it doesnt go good then ill go back to 40 mcg. Gotta love the feeling of clen.

why is 160 too much? i was at 200mcg ED and it wwas fine for me
