    I've used halo. I basically used it for 2 weeks on, 1 week off at 20mgs, for the duration of my cycle, which included no other orals.

    This was when I was 19, mind you, a good 8 years ago.

    Interesting, I havent heard of it being used that way. What was your cycle like? and do you think the halo was beneficial adding it that way?
