Weight going up and down during night...WTF??
does this happen to any of yall? You go to bed at 202 lbs and wake up 8 hrs later to weigh in at 194. Don't get me wrong, when I wake up I ripped, like veins everywhere...stomach..chest..arms, but I like being over 200. I know my matabolism is quick but come;on

Your morning weight is your actual weight. I'm 265 lbs getting out of bed but by the end of a good day of eating and drinking tons of fluids I can go as high as 272-273 (bloated and stuffed)
Don't worry so much about your weight. As some Bro's told me a while back, Let the mirror do the talking

cool deal...also I live in a phoenix..hot as shit..while not juiceing I drink a least a gallon of water a day. Right now I drink close to 2 gallons. It's starting to get hot again. Last year I lost close to 20 lbs..thats y this summer I'm juiceing.

losing 7 pounds over night is strange, u must be sweatin a ton while u sleep, and pissing a lot through the night, and your scale may need some fine-tuning.
how bout them Suns though?

I loose about 4-5lbs every night. I think its just because during the night you don't drink anything for about 8 hrs. Plus as you said you live in pheonix. Its dry as hell there!

Same here
I am also among the group of people that weigh less at the start of the morning than I do later on in the day. While I also live in Phoenix, it was happening during my time on the east coast too

happens to everyone bro. i can fluctuate up to 11 pounds a day. especially if i eat alot of salt.

dude, I sweat all day long...I'm close to 2 gallons of H20/day. and yes I sweat alot at night. yea, howabout those suns??

morning isnt always the actual weight when youre like me and you wake up half asleep every 2 hours and drink a lot of water then pass right out again

Happens to me also. I also loose on average 5lbs
a night, weighing myself in the morning. But of course
the weight comes right back
I wish I could make it more than 3 hrs without a run
to the bathroom...

but check this out..everynight I wake up maybe twice..and like a zombie go and get water and a cup of noodles or poptarts.
