what to add mid cycle to burn fat?
Hey guys...
I am on week 5 of a 12 week test e cycle 750 mg / week and I have test susepension I was goign to run daily at the end of the test e.
My question is this, what can i ad, if anything, to really do some serious fat burning around the belly area. nothing serious, I am 200 pouinds with 14 % BF. I just have a little tough to get fat around my waste I would really like to burn up.
My diet is real good, lotta calories, 35/35/30 intakes... religiously...
I even hit the cardio real good early in the mornings a couple days a week on top of my daily work out plan. Its just really getting frustrating!
Any thoughts or suggetions are much appreciated.

cardio and diet should suffice...
i use T3 only when on tren due to the negative feedback it puts on the thyroid.
other than that i use ephedra but only on days i lift to give me boost... EPHEDRA makes me feel EUPHORIC.. like a high... i know alot of people that feel shytty on it... poor bastards

drop your calories to burn fat, also you can't just burn it from the belly..

i would lower the calories instead of doing more cardio.
