is it hard to keep gains when just running test e in a cycle? i know test will make u big, fast , but with proper pct diet and training are the gains keepable. also will adding winstrol the last 6 weeks of the cycle help solidify these gains? thanks

yes the gains are keepable. just because you get off doesnt mean all your muscle is going to go to shit. you will lose water weight but not muscle, maybe a little but nothing noticable. just make sure to have proper PCT: nolva, clomid, and Tribulus. and eat like a mad man!!!!! yeah the winny will help you keep gains also. every litle bit helps.
