help on my cycle

Hi guys this is my second cycle of Gear and i dont want to crash and burn like i did after the first one so i'm doin a lot of research before hand this time round.

The thing is i'm planning a cycle which consists of 500mg of sust and 400mg of deca per week, the sust will be taken on sunday,tuesday,thursday, and saturday in 125mg doses and the deca on a tuesday and saturday in 200mg doses, i'm planning to stay on the deca for 10 weeks and sust for 12 tapering dwn to 250mg for last 2 weeks.

I'll also be running 20mg of nolva throughout the cycle and pct, but i'm now a bit lost as a aint done PCT b4 and dont what to do, please feel free to criticize my cycle and offer tips on how to improve it and any PCT help will be truely appreciated. Also will supplementing with glutamine or HMB after cycle help with blocking out the catabolic effect of the increased cortisone levels.

P.S is this too much for a second cycle and can i just have 250mg os sust twice a week instead of EOD. Someone told me on another website tht jabbing the sust EOD will be too painful.

Sus is ok but Id rather use a single test ester but that is just personal pref. I did not see you mention clomid during your PCT, so make sure you research that. You may only need to take the nolva either 10mg everyday or just wait until you see any symptoms of gyno, then take 20mg during PCT.

i wouldnt taper ... and i blieve you would end them both on the same week...

do some searching on pct's read read read... you will learn also look up half lifes so you can get an overall feel of how it works...

wow way to research there buddy ... do you know when to start your pct after your done w/ sus?

personally i would do test e or cyp,less jabs but if your ok with that then fine.run the sus 1 week longer than the deca and start your pct 18 days after the last shot of sus,dont taper down with the dose,not worth it!

dood sus has a 3 week active life
but he wouldnt listen to me

mabe aint really thought about that much!just the way ive always done pct when sust has bin involved,spose it wouldnt hurt to wait another few days

is there anything other than nolvadex to use for anti estrogen, as the side effects of it seem a bit nasty. Something which is easily picckud up in the uk.

i heard high amounts can hinder muscle growth and HIGH amounts for long time can dmg liver (never had that verified though)
other than that all i hear is good things baout i ... espec for cholest.

soz guys it was just that i was reading the little letter in the nolva box and it says stuff about blood clots and things like that.

They write stuff like that as a saftey precaution
If anything happens - they'll say you were warned

It's nothing to worry about

A relative of mine is a nurse
They showed me the same thing on a packet of asprin
There was a warning on the packet saying asprin can lead to your heart imploading!!!

As i said, nothing to worry about, they just do it as a precaution
