diagnosed low testosterone any tips?
hello,
I have been diagnosed with abnormally low testosterone . I've never taking
any steroids in the past. My Doc gives me some oral Andriol which I find
is total crap that does nothing. I'm thinking a using injectable steroids. The ones that have the least side effects. What steroids would you guys recommend injectable and oral to stack that are mild on side effects.
how can someone elevate his testosterone levels for the long-term without getting major side effects. Since my levels are low does that mean I might not experience any side effects if using a low dose. Am I stuck with low testosterone for the rest of my life, I'm 26 yrs old. Do I have any options?
thanks

Well if you have abnormally low test levels, i dont think your doing your body any favours by starting doing cycles, id definitely stick with a doc on this one.

My Doc is very rude it's impossible to have a conversation with him.
He gives me an andriol prescription and that's it. Problem is their isin't any other Doctors specializing in HRT besides him where I live. Does anyone have ideas of what I could discuss with my Doc? what options exist besides oral andriol 40mg?
thanks

Bro, here is how it works... First, if you have low testosterone , you take testosterone not andriol or anything else. There is no way to get the testosterone absorbed if you take it orally, so it has to be either a transdermal patch or inectable. The injectable is a lot cheaper and likely the only form you can get if your doctor will not prescribe the patch. There is no way to tell what dosage you will need so most people start off at 100mg a week and take a blood test after 4 weeks to see where they stand. If the testosterone levels show up in the upper 25% of the range prescribed by the lab, then you are good, otherwise you go up or down by 50mg as needed and wait another 4 weeks to take another test. When you find that dosage you are on it for life; because your levels are not supraphysiological you are thought not to have any adverse side effects or reactions, although it would be wise to also check your estrogen levels. If after all this you decide to add HCG to this regimen you would do 250 IU every 4 days. That way you are ensuring that your nuts stay the same size and that you remain fertile.

the recommended starting dose of testosterone for trt is 200mg in week 1 (in one shot) to frontload then use 100mg per week from there on in.(cypionate or enanthate ).
blood tests are run after 5 weeks to assess whether dose needs adjusting.
gearings44 i tried to send you a pm but was unable to.
send me an email address and i will send you all the relevant info.

As everyone else said just find an HRT doctor. They are everywhere. I didn't even have to see my doc and I got a script for test and winny. All you do is get a blood test done and a doctor calls you about a week later with your results and prescription. It's a piece of cake if you go to the right place.

Well my test free was 102... Messed up my pituitary from a motorcycle accident with no helmet. Anyway, the patch doesnt work, and the TESTIM rubon gel which I am on now, but dont take it cause true it does bring your test #'s up, but it fvcks me all up. Makes me tired, want to sleep all the time, and REAL aggressive. I stopped using it, and am about to do a cycle. After the cycle give myself sometime to recover, and then go in and see the ENDOCHRONOLOGIST. They are all pricks, mine wont give me the injectable kind, say it would be 1cc for like 2-3 weeks, I was like WHAT? Are u cracked out? So I will try to find another doc. But DO RESEARCH, I got freaked out when I read that taking that type of stuff for extended periods of time, even if in the right dose can mess you up. Prostate cancer, bladder problems, all sorts of stuff, so just read up on it!

Well my symptoms were that I was heavily depressed for years
my Doc asked me questions from a questionnaire, and
asked how I would rate my sex drive from 1 to 10
"1" being the lowest I said "1" I don't have sex drive.
so symptoms were low energy, depressed, sex drive "0"
also have anxiety, have trouble making decision. Sometimes a bit paranoid too.
bye all
