2nd thread I've seen this week asking about height increases, not possible at your age Bro without a crazy procedure that breaks your leg bones. Kids can grow taller if given GH and it is widely used for that.

the steroids that dont shut your growth plates, when used whilst still growing will make you taller. but, steroids shouldn't be used at that age
