1st cycle TestE/Decca/Winny. Suggestions?

I have used AS in the past and have gotten great results, but has been about 1 and 1/2 years since last cycle. I am looking to get the most out of my cycle with the amount of gear that I have. Would like to put on a little more weight, then solidify my gains. Have been weight training the last 3 years. Lastly I would like to thank contributors to the forum for sharing info and experiences about AS. Nice to see people helping eachother out.

Age: 28
Height: 5'11''
Weight: 180

Gear
TestE 250mg/20ml
Decca 300mg/10ml
Winny 50mg/20ml

Cycle?
Test E 500mg/week (WEEK 1-10)
Decca 400/week (WEEK 1-8)
Winny 50mg EOD (WEEK 6-12)

to much for a first cycle... try deca 200/mg (week) and anabol(dbol ) 40/mg (ed)

that would be more situable for you

You might want to cut off one of those oils. Reason being - as I have found, if you run two at the same time, you can't tell which compound you react to in which way.

I've been reading alot about low-moderate dosage cycles and think this is the way I'd like to go. As I have stated it's been a year and 1/2 since my last cycle and hence title 1st cycle (back). I feel with steady diet 3000-4000 range, good workouts, and good rest I should be fine. I am very diciplined in the gym and in my diet. Anyway, I'll see what yields I can achieve and if anything won't be setting myself up for trouble with higher dosages.

Perfect first cycle: (that is if this is your first REAL cycle)

Weeks 1-12 Test Enan 500mg (250mg on Mon. 250mg on Thur.)
Nolva - 10mg ED
Ldex - .25mg ED
PCT - 2 weeks after last test injection.

I think that you meant 250mg on Mon. 250mg on Thurs.

Thank you buylongterm, but I already seem to have the decca and winstrol and would love to incorporate them into the cycle. Do you not reccomend I do so at this time? Also planned on taking the winny EOD(50mg). Been reading some posts and some are saying need to take ED. Will half-life allow me to take EOD? Mind you at this time just a novice learning and doing alolt of homework.

Hold on to the other compounds for a later cycle, they have a decent shelf life. Cycle BLT laid out for ya is a perfect first run imo.

Leave the Deca out for your 1st cycle. There is no need for it and it will only complicate things further (possible increased sides, harder effect on HPTA etc...)

You could add the Winstrol for the last 6 weeks at 50mg/ED. Winstrol really needs to be used ED as opposed to EOD. It would be more effective at ED and would mean more stable blood levels.

Winny will work at 50mg eod. I know people who take it that way and love it with great results too. Actually he's my supplier and is the size of a house. 228lbs ripped.
