Var cycle coming to a close
I'm on week 7 of a Var only cycle at 50mg per day (1 more week to go)
I guess my circulation is bad since I haven't noticed any increased vascularity
muscles do seem bigger and appear harder and more cut
but the most noticeable thing is stomach fat is almost completely gone
all in all I'm satisfied

Yea, how much weight did you put on?
I will be running var very soon and was looking for 10lb+, cycle will be run 1 week longer then yours though.

5lbs would impress me on a var only cycle ESPECIALLY if he was loosing fat which makes me think he prolly maintained same weight if anything.

Only 5lbs??? Even with a good clean bulk diet?
I've been looking into var for awhile now and the most i've seen was 30lb, only one case, but the average that I found was around 10-15lb.

I'd like to know more about this too. From what I've read I know you probably wont put on 30lbs but is it only 5? I thought it would be a little more than that, depending on diet and exercise of course.

lol if you put on 30lbs of var... somethign is wrong either you have never touched a weight room in your life and then jumped into it full throttle w/ perfect diet (20lbs would be natty)
or
you ate so much fatty foods you were putting on 2lbs of fat a week ..

I know it sounds far fetched but thats just what I found on this site. Not to sure if it was true and I don't remember who posted it.
All I remember was the guy was older and had lots of experience in the gym.

I put on approximately 8 pounds, which I'm assuming is all muscle
a lot of midsection fat and love handle area fat is gone

I'm planning to do a prop/var 6wk cycle later this summer. Hopefully add weight like you did, fonyx, and cut up my midsection a bit. Good to hear these results, bro.

Var is good for all cycles, takes aways alot of fat from the stomach area too which is really good for having good abs plus adding some decent muscle such as 5-15 pounds.

Personally, I think if you wanted to spend that much, you could have asked the bb.com kiddies for some suggestions. I know ecdysterone and HMB has given many a person way better results than that. Throw in some chromium picolinate so you can stay lean for good measure.
