what is clen orginally used for?
is it a vet product for horses or something, on the bottle is says not for human consumption.

clen is prescribed to people with asthma, i don't know about any animal use.

not in the US though because it has too long a half life
now its just used to kill rats in the US

Clen is used for asthma in humans. It is not accepted by the FDA though because of the amount of time it lasts in the body. The US version would be Albuterol but doesnt have the same effects as Clen does so it cant be used for what we use it for.
While doing some research on Clen i have read that it is often used for cattles in the US (although i think ellegal) to produce leaner meat once they slaughter them..

in canada it is used as a bronchi dialiator (parden the spelling) in horses
