i got my pressus clen to day, im going to take my first slurp today ," in 10 min" i guess, well ive read all the threads and handbook as well, and really dont get it, shall i start with 20mgc *5 the first day, i mean that you take the clen severla times a day, im my case the first day, 20mgc *5, next day will be like 40mcg*5, 3 day 60mcg*5( if i stand the sides.

clen will downgrade your receptor and will be ineffective after week2....

therefore, every 3rd week take benadryl to upgrade the receptor benadryl 50-75mg (hooker)

why, i got mine in surup, so one squirt, the fist day, 2 squirt the seccond day, and so on?, i have read that you shall take the 20mgc tabs 4- 8 times per day, so its not likly that i shall do the same thing with syrup.
