how often should i run prop if im going to do 500 mg a week

Prop = ED...no less than EOD
Prop 2Xs/wk = more sides, inconsistant blood levels, less effective cycle.

yes prop ed for the best results,if you dont fancy the ed jabs do a longer actin test.

ditto on what all these guys said. i get less sides if i shoot ED, but EOD is more convenient. anything over EOD is just wasting your test and your money.

twice a week is Test-E or Test-C (and EOD is better)

eth is best because u dont have to shoot as often.....u can shoot it twice a week optimally or even once every 5-7 days in a higher dose

the problem i see with prop is that u have to shoot it a lot in urself. now that can be painful!
